Invocation Ho’ o pono pono

Hooponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. These practices of forgiveness are used in the South Pacific islands like Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand. Traditionally hooponopono is practiced by healing priests or kahuna lapaau among members of the family of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family as an elder of the family, or by the individual alone.

Prayer Ho’ o pono pono

Divine Creator, father, mother, son, all in one …
If I, my family, my relatives or ancestors have offended your family, your relatives or ancestors in thoughts, words, or actions, from the beginning of our creation until now, I ask your forgiveness …
Let this forgiveness clean up, purify, free, all the memories, blocks, energies and negative vibrations and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light …
And so it is.
